Once upon a time, Labrada Nutrition was nothing more than a dream of helping others get into great shape. Today, we help hundreds of thousands of people achieve the leaner, healthier body that they deserve. We make it easy for them with Lean Body® products.

My name is Lee Labrada and I’ve been working out and eating right for all of my adult life. In fact, I made my living as a professional athlete until 1995. After a 10 year career during which I competed in and won the Mr.Universe bodybuilding title and was inducted into the IFBB Pro Bodybuilding Hall of Fame, I turned my full time energies and attention to helping others get leaner and healthier.

Tapping the nutritional savvy that I’d gained over the years, I worked with food scientists to develop our first Lean Body® product. The idea behind Lean Body® was simple: to build a super-food that tasted as good as ice cream, yet was loaded with protein, fiber, vitamins and other nutrients essential to burning fat and nourishing lean muscle tissue.

In our first year, we sold Lean Body® to local health food stores, right out of the back of a friend’s car. Today, that friend still works alongside with me and the rest of our talented Labrada team, and while we smile at how we’ve grown from humble beginnings into a company with worldwide distribution, we still maintain the same hands-on, customer-first values.
